Zombie Punch Recipe Ingredients:
- 1/2 gallon limeade
- 1 Liter Ginger Ale
- 1/2 Gallon Lime Sherbet
- Plastic spiders or gummy works or eyeballs (optional)
How to Make Zombie Punch
Mix together limeade and ginger ale.
Scoop sherbet and add to punch
Add decorative worms, spiders, or plastic or gummy eyeballs.
Serve chilled.
Tips:
Pre Scoop the Sherbert
I scoop the lime sherbert ahead of time and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet in the freezer.
This way as I refresh the beverage bowl, it’s just a matter of dropping the ice cream into the bowl, rather than taking out the ice cream carton, scooping, and putting it all away again.
Don’t make this punch ahead of time.
It takes less than five minutes to make so just make it last-minute right before serving.
If you make it ahead of time it sort of just becomes a frothy drink that’s not nearly as fun.
Add Garnishes to Cups:
Another fun approach is to set up the cups ahead of time.
You can garnish with a gummy eyeball or drape gummy worms over the edge of the cups.
Then guests can just get a cup, add the punch and enjoy the fun!
Don’t Double:
For the best results, do not double the recipe.
Use the basic recipe then add more ingredients to refresh the bowl.
