Cookies are one of my favorites.
They don’t always fit into a diet, but with this recipe for Chunky Monkey Cookies, each cookie is just 35 calories–isn’t that amazing?!
Made with real bananas and all-natural peanut butter they will feel like an indulgence and satisfy that craving!
Easy to make and delicious.
You’ll feel that guilty pleasure, without the guilt!
A skinnier version of Chunky Monkey Cookies…just 35 calories each!
They don’t have any eggs or flour in them and are so easy to make.
There is no additional oil, aside from what’s in the peanut butter.
Can we just agree to call these healthy cookies?
These are the cookies Elvis would have loved peanut butter and bananas!
They also remind me of my favorite Ben and Jerry’s ice cream-Chunky Monkey–just without the calories.

Ingredients
- 6 Ripe Bananas
- 4 cups oats
- 1/2 cup Skippy All-Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup cocoa
How to Make Skinny Chunky Monkey Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, mash bananas and mix all ingredients together.
Chill batter in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Once batter has chilled, drop teaspoon-sized balls of the batter on a baking sheet.
Bake on center rack in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Keep baked cookies sealed in an airtight container and refrigerate for maximum yumminess!
These cookies taste best at room temperature.
