2 cups sweetened condensed milk

6 egg yolks

2/3 cup Key Lime Juice

How to Make Key Lime Pie:

Preheat the oven to 325-degrees.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine condensed milk, egg yolks, and lime juice.

Using an electric mixer, on medium speed, mix ingredients only until ingredients are combined.

Pour pie filling into prepared pie shell and place on the middle rack of a preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Pie is done when filling jiggles just slightly when moved back and forth.

Place pie on a wire rack and allow to cool to room temperature.

Cover pie tightly with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and place in the oven for at least 2 hours before serving.
